What is craft ground milk tea?
Whole tea leaves ground into a fine powder under low temperatures to preserve their exceptional freshness and flavor. If you love matcha, you'll love our different flavors of ground tea milk blends because it delivers the same high quality flavor.
How To Brew
We recommend starting with a 1:5 tea-to-water ratio, which provides an excellent total extraction level and maximizes flavor pulled out of the ground tea.
- Measure 40g of Tea Powder
- Use 100g of hot water
- Stir until powder is fully dissolved. Add 100g of ice and stir. (This locks in the flavor)
- Top off your delicious beverage with ice
